Clifford Chance advises IK Investment Partners on disposal of Vistra Group

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised IK Investment Partners, through its IK 2007 Fund, on the disposal of Vistra Group, one of the world’s leading providers of company formations, trust, corporate and fund administration services to Baring Private Equity Asia. The deal was announced on 22 May 2015 and its completion is subject to regulatory approvals in a number of jurisdictions.

In 2011, Clifford Chance advised IK on its acquisition of Offshore Incorporations Limited and the formation of the Vistra Group and has worked regularly with Vistra since then, including on the refinancing of its acquisition facilities in Hong Kong and on a substantial acquisition in Poland in 2014.
