Clifford Chance has advised Ramsay Santé on its major acquisition of the French mental health division belonging to Générale de Santé.

Medipsy is one of the largest and most highly regarded private psychiatric groups in France. It is a leading operator of private psychiatric hospitals in France with 30 hospitals and more than 2,600 beds and places and generates annual revenue of around €150M. With the addition of Medipsy , this will give Ramsay Santé a total of 40 facilities in France (4,100 beds and places) making it the third largest hospital operator in France by number of facilities.
