Tokyo: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Intermediate Capital Group Plc on a 50:50 partnership with Nomura Holdings Inc. "We are delighted to have advised Intermediate Capital Group on this strategically important transaction" said Andrew Whan, a partner in the corporate M&A practice at Clifford Chance. "This reflects the renewed interest we are seeing from foreign fund investors entering Japan".
