  • Westmont Japan Investments KK and its sponsor (a fund managed by a global alternative investment adviser) in their acquisition of a hotel in Osaka, Japan
  • The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan in their acquisition of a retail building named Kirarito Ginza located in Tokyo, Japan through its SPV for approximately JPY 52.3 billion. This is the client's first and a very high profile real property investment in Japan.
  • Republic of Indonesia on their first guaranteed and unguaranteed Samurai Bonds issued in Japan
