Clifford Chance advises on the relocation of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic to new headquarters

Clifford Chance Prague advised UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and other companies of the UniCredit Group on their relocation to new headquarters, situated in the office development 'Filidelfie' in Prague 4, one of the most modern office buildings in the Czech Republic. After 6 months of drafting, review and negotiations the lease was signed on Wednesday 1 June 2011. This transaction represents the largest leasing of office space in the Czech Republic in 2011.

UniCredit Group will lease 14 floors of a total of 17, or approximately 26,700m2, with the ground floor used to create a new branch of the bank, offering services primarily to retail clients.
