Clifford Chance Brussels wins "Real Estate and Construction Law Firm of the Year"

On Thursday 24 March, Clifford Chance received the "Real Estate and Construction Law Firm of the Year 2011" award at the Belgian Legal Awards ceremony, which took place in Brussels.

This success is a great achievement for the Brussels team who have had a fantastic year and  who have worked on most of the major transactions in the Belgian market in 2010, thereby increasing its significant market share and its international recognition. More than one third of the major corporate real estate transactions in the Belgian market were handled by our team, confirming our practice as a leader in the country.

Partner Henri d'Ursel is leading a strong and qualified team of seven lawyers who have shown great professionalism and flexibility during the previous years despite the challenging market conditions.
