In this December 2018 update, we have described a number of developments regarding Dutch employment law, such as legislative proposals and regulations that have entered into force, will take effect in the short term or may otherwise be relevant to you.
This update adresses:
- Further revision dismissal system and other changes to Dutch employment laws
- UWV Implementation Rules/ absence of a works council
- Extended paternity leave and adoption and foster care leave with effect from 1 January 2019
