Modernisation of Luxembourg Company Law

The legislation modernising the law concerning commercial companies of 10 August 1915 (the "Company Law") and modifying the Civil Code (the "New Law") was finally adopted on 13 July 2016 by the Luxembourg Parliament. The New Law will be effective after its publication in the Luxembourg official gazette (Mémorial), which is expected to occur in August 2016.
