Following the UK's vote to leave the EU on 23 June, we have been considering the possible implications of this vote for environmental and climate change law and practice. For the immediate future the UK is still an EU member subject to the same rights and obligations.This will not change until actual departure, which may not be for some years. Depending on the model for leaving the EU, various changes may be made to environmental & climate change law. This briefing analyses potential changes.
