Clifford Chance advises on financing for the acquisition of two e-bus fleets in Bogotá, Colombia
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas and Inter-American Investment Corporation as lenders in connection with the ~US$148 million financing of two e-mobility concessions awarded to special purpose vehicles owned by Enel X and InfraBridge (formerly AMP Capital), each for the purchase of a fleet of electric buses for the Transmilenio mass transportation system in Bogotá, Colombia.
The proceeds of the loan will be used to purchase a total of 401 electric buses, as well as for the provision, design and construction of the support infrastructure for public transportation services in the city.
