Clifford Chance advises Raiffeisenbank on financing of ARETE

Clifford Chance Prague Banking & Finance team advised Raiffeisenbank a.s., a leading corporate and investment bank, on up to EUR 80,000,000 financing of real estate portfolio of the second ARETE INVEST sub-fund (ARETE INVEST Subfund CEE II).

The proceeds of the loans will be used for refinancing of the existing 11 bilateral facilities concluded by the subsidiaries of the sub-fund and for further investment in new construction and development of industrial buildings and logistic parks.

ARETE INVEST fund invests into commercial and residential properties through its sub-funds. The strategy of the group is to invest into completed industrial properties and to develop new logistic parks and production facilities.

The transaction on Clifford Chance side was led by Associate Dominik Vojta who was supervised by Miloš Felgr, Banking & Finance Partner in Prague.
