Clifford Chance advises 3i Infrastructure plc on the sale of TCR to GIP
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised 3i Infrastructure plc on its agreement to sell TCR, the largest independent lessor of airport ground support equipment to Global Infrastructure Partners.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Global Head of Infrastructure Charlotte Madden with support from Megan Hodges, Augusta Thorneycroft and Luke Gueli.
