Megan specialises in advising private equity houses and infrastructure funds on domestic and cross-border M&A. Megan has experience advising financial investors through all stages of the investment cycle, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and minority investments, management incentive arrangements and corporate restructurings. She has worked across a range of sectors including consumer goods and retail, services, technology, healthcare and infrastructure. Megan has spent time on secondment at BlackRock.
