Clifford Chance adds counsel Charmaine Yeo to global private equity team

Global law firm Clifford Chance continues to strengthen its private capital capabilities with the appointment of private equity counsel Charmaine Yeo.

Having originally practised at Clifford Chance, Charmaine returns to the firm bringing extensive experience advising leading private equity firms and other financial sponsors on cross-border M&A across Asia Pacific, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. She has advised on significant transactions spanning a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, digital infrastructure, energy transition and consumer retail. She will relocate to Singapore after an initial period in Hong Kong.
