Clifford Chance advises on IPO and listing of industrial grade AI solutions company Haizhi Technology in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the joint sponsors, CMB International Capital, BOCI Asia and Shenwan Hongyuan Capital and other underwriters on the initial public offering and listing of Beijing Haizhi Technology Group Co. Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$760 million (approximately US$100 million). The firm also acted as the legal counsel for drafting the prospectus.

Partners Fang Liu and Tianning Xiang co-led the transaction with support from counsel Erxin Lu and Wei Liang, senior associate Ada Zheng, associates Yuer Shao, Jessie Xin and Yijin Zhang, trainee solicitors Changle Xu, Qianqian Bai, Chubin Liu and Wentao Zhang.

Haizhi Technology is a leading Chinese AI company providing industry‑level solutions by combining knowledge graphs and large language models (LLMs). Its Atlas graph solutions help enterprises integrate and analyse multi‑source data, while its Atlas AI agents enable intelligent automation, advanced reasoning, and natural‑language interaction through graph‑LLM integration.

Clifford Chance has advised on the listings of several artificial intelligence companies in China, including Unisound AI, Mobvoi, Xunfei Healthcare, Mininglamp Technology, Deepexi Technology and SenseTime Group.
