Clifford Chance advises Generali on the acquisition of Swiss Life’s Employee Benefits Network, establishing the world’s leading employee benefits platform
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Generali Group on its acquisition of Swiss Life’s Employee Benefits Network (SLN) through its Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) division. This strategic transaction, once closing will have occurred, will result in the creation of the world’s largest employee benefits network, managing over €3 billion in premiums and operating in more than 130 countries with nearly 200 network partners.
Following a transitional period, the network will operate under a new brand, expected to be unveiled in the first half of 2026.
This transaction reinforces Generali’s position as a global leader in employee benefits, setting new standards in service, innovation, and flexibility for multinational clients.
