Clifford Chance advises THI Investments on the acquisition of the KarlsOffice office building in Stuttgart
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised private equity investor THI Investments on the acquisition of the KarlsOffice office building in Stuttgart from a fund managed by Hines.
The 11,340 sqm office building is located in the City West district and was constructed in two phases in 1997 and 2006. It benefits from excellent transport connections due to its proximity to the main S-Bahn line.
THI Investments is a family-owned company with its headquarters in Stuttgart and additional offices in London and Munich.

Das in der City West gelegene 11.340 m² große Bürogebäude wurde in zwei Bauphasen 1997 und 2006 errichtet und verfügt durch die Nähe zur S-Bahn-Stammstrecke über eine exzellente Verkehrsanbindung.
