Clifford Chance advises Ares on its acquisition of Redback Boots

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised global alternative investment manager Ares Management Corporation on the acquisition of Redback Boots, a leading Australian footwear manufacturer which specialises in work boots and distributes its products in multiple international markets.
