Clifford Chance advises Bending Spoons in the latest investment round

Bending Spoons, one of Europe’s leading technology companies, has completed a major investment round of $710 million (approx. € 612 million), which gave the company a pre-money valuation of $11 billion.

The round was led by accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc., with participation from Baillie Gifford, Cox Enterprises, Durable Capital Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Foxhaven Asset Management, and Radcliff, among others.
