Clifford Chance has advised Permira on a combined total investment of $525 million led by the Permira funds in Property Finder, a leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading classified property platform in the MENA region.
The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Bruce Embley, together with partners Lynn Ammar and Emma Ghaffari, and senior associates Joshua Reynolds, Joshua Higgins and Mhairi Cruickshank.
