Clifford Chance advises Bain Capital on the acquisition of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
On July 25, 2025, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield entered into an agreement for the sale of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel—including both the operating company and the real estate—to a consortium composed of Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Bain Capital, and QuinSpark.
Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, near the Montparnasse train station and tower, the hotel comprises 957 rooms. Rated four stars, it is one of the largest hotels in the city. The property reopened in 2021 following a multi-year transformation program.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.

Le 25 juillet 2025, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield a conclu un accord portant sur la cession de l’hôtel Pullman Paris Montparnasse, incluant la société d’exploitation et les murs, au profit d’un consortium composé de Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Bain Capital et QuinSpark.
Situé dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris, à proximité de la gare et de la Tour Montparnasse, l’établissement compte 957 chambres. Classé 4 étoiles, il figure parmi les plus grands hôtels de la capitale. Il a rouvert en 2021 à l’issue d’un programme de transformation mené sur plusieurs années.
La finalisation de la transaction reste soumise aux conditions suspensives habituelles et est prévue pour le second semestre 2025.
