Clifford Chance advises Natixis CIB on the refinancing for Hesperia group
Clifford Chance has advised Natixis CIB, acting as lender, bookrunner, sole lead arranger and agent bank, on the granting of a non-recourse real estate finance facility to Grupo Inversor Hesperia, S.A. (GIHSA). The financing has been used to fully refinance state funds previously granted by SEPI in 2022, as well as several existing bilateral financings held by the Hesperia Group.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Global Financial Markets partner Felipe Font, with the support from associates Beatriz González, Alejandro Cubillo, Elena Euba, Juan Conde-Pumpido and trainee lawyer Marta del Barrio. Fernando Escribano advised on tax related matters, with litigation advice from Octavio Canseco, and Begoña Martínez and Itziar Kraus advising on the real estate angle.

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a Natixis CIB, que ha actuado como entidad financiadora, entidad estructuradora, entidad coordinadora y banco agente, en la concesión de una financiación inmobiliaria sin recurso a Grupo Inversor Hesperia, S.A. (GIHSA). Esta financiación se ha utilizado para refinanciar íntegramente los fondos estatales previamente concedidos por SEPI en 2022, así como varias financiaciones bilaterales existentes del Grupo Hesperia.
