Clifford Chance advises underwriters on €1.25 billion bond issue by ZF Friedrichshafen Group
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the underwriters on the issuance of a €1.25 billion fixed-rate bond by ZF Europe Finance B.V. which is guaranteed by ZF Friedrichshafen AG. The bond was issued under ZF Friedrichshafen Group's €7.5 billion Debt Issuance Programme and matures in 2030 and has an annual fixed coupon of 7.000%.
The syndicate for this transaction was formed by Barclays, BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup Global Markets Europe, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and UniCredit.
Clifford Chance already advised on previous transactions in relation to ZF Friedrichshafen Group.

Die globale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat das Bankenkonsortium bei der Emission einer festverzinslichen Anleihe mit einem Gesamtvolumen von €1,25 Milliarden durch die ZF Europe Finance B.V., garantiert durch die ZF Friedrichshafen AG, beraten. Die Anleihe wurde im Rahmen des €7,5 Milliarden Debt Issuance Programms der ZF Friedrichshafen Gruppe begeben und hat einen jährlichen Festzins von 7,000% und eine Fälligkeit im Jahr 2030.
Das Bankenkonsortium für diese Transaktion bestand aus Barclays, BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup Global Markets Europe, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan und UniCredit.
