Clifford Chance advises Cuckoo International on its IPO and Listing on Bursa Malaysia

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised on the international aspects of Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd (Cuckoo International)’s initial public offering and listing on the Bursa Malaysia, raising approximately RM184.8 million. Cuckoo International is the Malaysian subsidiary of South Korean home appliance maker Cuckoo Holdings.
