Clifford Chance advises on financing for solar and battery energy storage project in California
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Export Development Canada, The Korea Development Bank, and four other financial institutions on the long-term project financing of a 375 MWdc solar and 150 MW/600 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located in Riverside County, California. The project is jointly owned by EDF Renewables North America and Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure.
