Clifford Chance advises on AU$377m sale of Contract Resources by SCF Partners, Viburnum Funds and other shareholders to Cleanaway
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised private equity firms SCF Partners (Houston) and Viburnum Funds (Perth), along with other shareholders, on the sale of Contract Resources to ASX-listed Cleanaway Waste Management for an enterprise value of AU$377 million.
Contract Resources is a specialist provider of critical path maintenance services to the energy sector, operating in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
Cleanaway is one of Australia’s largest total waste management companies, with more than 7,900 staff working from approximately 330 locations across Australia.
The transaction is subject to ACCC approval and other customary conditions precedent.
