Clifford Chance advises Greenalia as borrower on a Cesce-covered financing in connection with the Misae II photovoltaic project in Texas (USA)

Clifford Chance has advised Greenalia Power US, Inc. (a subsidiary of Greenalia, S.A.), as borrower, in a financing with coverage by Cesce for an approximate amount of USD 124,000,000 granted by Barclays Bank Ireland PLC and Nomura Corporate Funding Americas, LLC, as lenders, with Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, as insurance agent, and Acquiom Agency Services LLC, as collateral agent, for the purpose of, among others, meeting certain capital contribution commitments in favour of Excel Advantage Services, LLC in the context of the photovoltaic project Misae II, located in Texas (USA).

The cross-border Clifford Chance team was led by partner José Guardo, together with senior associate Antonio Sánchez-Cirujano and associate Juan Conde-Pumpido from the Global Financial Markets department in Madrid, with the support of Clifford Chance's New York and Washington offices.

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a Greenalia Power US, Inc. (filial de Greenalia, S.A.), como acreditada, en una financiación con cobertura Cesce por importe aproximado de USD 124.000.000 concedida por Barclays Bank Ireland PLC y Nomura Corporate Funding Americas, LLC, como entidades acreditantes, Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, como agente del seguro, y Acquiom Agency Services LLC, como agente de garantías, con el objeto de, entre otras cuestiones, cumplir con ciertos compromisos de aportación de capital a favor de la sociedad Excel Advantage Services, LLC en el marco del proyecto fotovoltaico Misae II localizado en  Texas (Estados Unidos).

El equipo transfronterizo de Clifford Chance estuvo liderado por el socio José Guardo, junto al asociado sénior Antonio Sánchez-Cirujano y el asociado Juan Conde-Pumpido del departamento de Global Financial Markets en Madrid, con el apoyo de las oficinas de Clifford Chance en Nueva York y Washington.
