Clifford Chance advises a syndicate of lenders on EUR 340 million Luxembourg law facility for Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT)

Global law firm Clifford Chance had the privilege of advising Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank AG and ING on an EUR 340 million facility for CEREIT. This strategic financing bolsters CEREIT's liquidity in anticipation of repaying its EUR 450 million bonds due in November 2025.

The transaction was documented under Luxembourg law and was led by our Luxembourg team, including partner Marc Mehlen, counsel Adnes Muhovic, and associate Michelle Smagasz. CEREIT was represented by A&O Shearman in Luxembourg.
