Clifford Chance advises Hillwood in connection with the increasing of financing for the construction of a logistics park in Zgierz
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading investor and developer, in connection with the increasing of the financing from Millennium Bank for the project in Zgierz to €29 million.
This financing will allow the construction of the second phase of Park Hillwood Zgierz I. The project includes the construction of a modern A-class warehouse building with an area of over 58,000 m². The park is located in Central Poland just 2.5 km from the entrance to the A2 motorway entrance and 15.5 km from the A1 motorway junction. A number of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions have been applied in the project, including a photovoltaic installation, linear LED lighting and modern metering systems (smart metering). The building will also be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level.

Globalna kancelaria prawna Clifford Chance doradzała Hillwood, wiodącemu inwestorowi i deweloperowi powierzchni produkcyjno-magazynowych, w związku z podwyższeniem finansowania w Banku Millennium dla projektu w Zgierzu do 29 mln EUR.
To finansowanie pozwoli zrealizować budowę drugiej fazy Parku Hillwood Zgierz I. Projekt obejmuje budowę nowoczesnego budynku magazynowego klasy A o powierzchni ponad 58 000 m². Park zlokalizowany jest w Centralnej Polsce zaledwie 2,5 km od wjazdu na autostradę A2 oraz 15,5 km od węzła autostrady A1. W projekcie zastosowano szereg proekologicznych i energooszczędnych rozwiązań, w tym instalację fotowoltaiczną, liniowe oświetlenie LED oraz nowoczesne systemy pomiarowe (smart metering). Budynek zostanie także poddany certyfikacji BREEAM na poziomie Excellent.
