Clifford Chance advises UK Government in relation to negotiation of enhanced UK-Korea Free Trade Agreement
International law firm Clifford Chance has been appointed to support the UK Department for Business and Trade, in relation to its negotiation of an enhanced UK-Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Clifford Chance sits on the Crown Commercial Service's Trade Law Panel, providing specialist legal advice and support for international trade law, disputes, and negotiations to central government departments and devolved administrations.
Partner Jessica Gladstone will be supported on this mandate by senior associate Jeremy Stewart.
