Clifford Chance advises WEKA Group on the sale of its education business to Aspire Education Group
Clifford Chance has advised Paragon Partners and its WEKA Group portfolio companies, which offer specialist media and communications services, on the carve-out and sale of their education business arm consisting of five companies in Germany and Switzerland. The buyer is Aspire Education Group, a portfolio company of EMZ Partners. Closing is scheduled for the end of September.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Paragon Partners und deren Portfoliounternehmen WEKA Group, ein Fachmedien- sowie Kommunikationsdienstleitungs-Anbieter, beim Carve-Out und Verkauf des aus fünf Gesellschaften in Deutschland und der Schweiz bestehenden Geschäftsbereichs "Education" beraten. Käuferin ist die Aspire Education Group, ein Portfoliounternehmen von EMZ Partners. Das Closing der Transaktion ist für Ende September geplant.
