International law firm Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV as documentation agent, joint coordinator and mandated lead arranger on the syndicated Luxembourg law EUR 750,000,000 revolving credit facilities agreement with swingline option for Encevo S.A., the leading energy company in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The Luxembourg law EUR 750,000,000 facilities agreement has been made available by a large syndicate of major Luxembourg and international banks and will provide liquidity for the further development of the Encevo Group.
