Clifford Chance advises on Arrail Group's Hong Kong IPO and Listing

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Morgan Stanley, UBS and other underwriters on Arrail Group Limited's approximately US$87 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Arrail Group is the largest player in the premium private dental service market in China.

Partners Fang Liu and Virginia Lee co-led the deal, with support from counsel Claire Cao, senior associate Erxin Lu, associates Hongzhou Chen, Ada Zheng, trainees Yuqing Liu, Jingyi Zhang and Ruonan Tang in Beijing.

Fang Liu commented, "This is the first leading dental service brand to be listed in Hong Kong. It demonstrates that medical clinic chains, an important segment in the healthcare service sector, have become increasingly active in the capital markets."
