Clifford Chance advises on the new headquarters of L'Oreal Italia

Clifford Chance assisted L'Oreal Italia in signing a ten-years pre-letting agreement with Covivio for a building of approximately 13,000 m2 under development, located in the South-West area of Milan in 'The Sign' Business District.

The building, that starting from 2024 will host the new headquarters of L'Oréal Italia, was created from the redevelopment of a former industrial site dating back to the 1950s, designed according to the highest standards of energy-environmental sustainability, and aims to achieve the Wiredscore, WELL and LEED Platinum certifications.

Clifford Chance assisted L'Oreal Italia in all the aspect related to the negotiation and signing of the preliminary lease agreement for the property, with a team consisting of the partner Claudio Cerabolini, Head of Real Estate in Italy and senior associate Angela Benincasa.
