Clifford Chance strengthens its Private Equity practice with the return of Benjamin de Blégiers as a Partner in Paris
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announces that Benjamin de Blégiers will return to the firm as Partner in the Corporate / Private Equity Group of the Paris office. He will also assume the role of Co-Head of the Infrastructure Practice, alongside Toby Parkinson, based in London.
Benjamin de Blégiers specialises in Private Equity and M&A operations and has, in particular, unanimously developed recognised expertise in the infrastructure sector. He advises investment funds, insurance companies, pension funds and other long-term investors in their most complex corporate finance operations, in France as well as internationally.

Le cabinet d'avocats d'affaires international Clifford Chance annonce le retour de Benjamin de Blégiers en qualité d’associé au sein du groupe Corporate/Private Equity du bureau de Paris. Il assurera en outre la codirection de la pratique Infrastructure aux côtés de Toby Parkinson, basé à Londres.
Benjamin de Blégiers est spécialisé dans les opérations de Private Equity et de M&A et a, notamment, développé une expertise unanimement reconnue dans le secteur des infrastructures. Il conseille des fonds d’investissement, compagnies d’assurance, fonds de pension et autres investisseurs de long terme dans leurs opérations de haut de bilan les plus complexes, en France comme à l’international.
