Clifford Chance advises Berenberg and J.P. Morgan on the private placement and listing of Bike24's shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Berenberg and J.P. Morgan as joint global coordinators on the private placement and listing of shares of Bike24 Holding AG on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The private placement comprised 6.7 million new shares and 12.0 million existing shares from the current majority shareholder, an affiliate of the European Riverside Fund, as well as a further 2.8 million existing shares in an over-allotment. The shares were placed at a placement price of EUR 15.00 per share, corresponding to a total volume of EUR 322 million.
Bike24 is one of the leading e-commerce bike platforms in continental Europe with a focus on the premium segment. Bike24's gross proceeds of around EUR 100 million will be used to further accelerate its international growth.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Berenberg und J.P. Morgan als Joint Global Coordinators bei der Privatplatzierung und dem Listing der Aktien der Bike24 Holding AG an der Frankfurter Börse beraten.
Die Privatplatzierung umfasste 6,7 Millionen neue Aktien und 12,0 Millionen bestehende Aktien vom derzeitigen Mehrheitsaktionär, einer mit dem European Riverside Fund verbundene Gesellschaft, sowie weitere 2,8 Millionen bestehende Aktien im Rahmen einer Mehrzuteilung. Der Emissionspreis betrug 15,00 Euro pro Aktie, was einem Gesamtvolumen von 322 Millionen Euro entspricht.
Bike24 ist eine der führenden E-Commerce Fahrradplattformen in Kontinentaleuropa mit Fokus auf das Premiumsegment. Mit dem erzielten Bruttoerlös in Höhe von rund 100 Millionen Euro möchte Bike24 das internationale Wachstum weiter beschleunigen.
