Clifford Chance advised Fondo Gran Torino in the purchase of 'Palazzo Gran Torino'

International law firm Clifford Chance advised Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR (part of Banca Finint Group) as Asset Management Company of the Italian real estate fund 'Fondo Gran Torino', in the acquisition from Fondo Toscanini, managed by Generali Real Estate SGR, of 'Palazzo Gran Torino', a real estate complex of 17,000 square meters located in Turin (Italy), and devoted to office, residential and retail use.

Clifford Chance advised Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR in relation to all the aspects of the property's acquisition, including the due diligence, the offers' presentations and the negotiation of the sales contract, with a team led by the partner Claudio Cerabolini, Head Real Estate in Italy, together with senior associate Angela Benincasa.
