Clifford Chance advises Advantage Partners on its major investment in MDI

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Japanese private equity firm Advantage Partners as lead counsel on the financing and major investment in Philippine-based information and communications technology solutions provider Micro-D International, Inc (MDI).

The multijurisdictional transaction is Advantage Partner's first investment in the Philippines.
