Clifford Chance advises Patrizia on the acquisition of a premium property in Munich

Clifford Chance has advised property investor Patrizia AG on the acquisition of the office and commercial building "Lehbachplatz 6" in Munich. Patrizia acquired the listed property on behalf of its institutional client Rock Capital.

With an area of over 3,000m², the historical building was built in 1904 by the renowned German architect Emanuel von Seidl and renovated in 2019. The 2,100m² of office space spanning five floors are fully let to the global law firm Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe. The retail area on the ground floor is let to the designer furniture store Calligaris. The property is leased for a further ten years.

Patrizia offers investments in property and infrastructure to institutional, semi-professional and private investors. The company currently has assets under management worth more than 47 billion euros and employs over 800 people at 24 locations around the world.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den Immobilieninvestor Patrizia AG beim Erwerb des Münchner Büro- und Geschäftshauses Lenbachplatz 6 beraten. Patrizia erwarb die denkmalgeschützte Premiumimmobilie im Auftrag ihrer institutionellen Kunden von Rock Capital.

Das historische Gebäude verfügt insgesamt über 3.000 Quadratmeter und wurde 1904 von dem bekannten deutschen Architekten Emanuel von Seidl erbaut und 2019 saniert. Die 2.100 Quadratmeter Bürofläche verteilen sich auf fünf Etagen und sind vollständig an die internationale Anwaltskanzlei Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe vermietet. Mieter der Einzelhandelsflächen im Erdgeschoss ist das Luxusmöbelhaus Calligaris. Das Objekt hat eine Restmietlaufzeit von zehn Jahren.
