Clifford Chance advises China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services on spinoff from China Resources Land and US$1.6 billion Hong Kong IPO

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised on the spinoff listing and the initial public offering of China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Limited ("CR Mixc Lifestyle"), the property management and commercial operational service businesses of China Resources Land Limited, on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, which is expected to raise up to US$1.6 billion.

CR Mixc Lifestyle is a leading property management and commercial operational service provider in China and offers services including residential property management, commercial operational and property management services in China. It is also the operator of the well-known "MIXC" and "MIXCONE" shopping mall brands.

Previously, Clifford Chance has also advised on the listing of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited and China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited.
