Clifford Chance advises banking syndicate on ADLER Group's EUR 400 million bond issue
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised a banking syndicate led by J.P. Morgan further including Barclays and Deutsche Bank on the placement of a EUR 400 million bond issued by residential real estate enterprise ADLER Group S.A. (formerly: ADO Properties S.A.).
The bond matures in 2026, has an annual coupon of 2.750 percent and is listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The bond was placed with institutional investors across Europe and four times oversubscribed.
The bond issue follows ADLER Group's acquisitions of Consus Real Estate AG as well as of ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft, creating the fourth-largest listed residential real estate company in Europe. In connection with the transactions, Clifford Chance also advised J.P. Morgan on the listing of new shares issued by ADLER Group.

Clifford Chance berät Bankenkonsortium bei 400 Millionen Euro-Anleihe von ADLER Group
Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat ein Bankenkonsortium unter Führung von J.P. Morgan bei der Emission einer Anleihe des Wohnimmobilienunternehmens ADLER Group S.A. (früher: ADO Properties S.A.) in Höhe von 400 Millionen Euro beraten. Neben J.P. Morgan bestand das Bankenkonsortium außerdem aus Barclays und Deutsche Bank.
Die Anleihe hat eine Laufzeit bis 2026, einen jährlichen Kupon von 2,750 Prozent und ist am Euro-MTF-Markt der Luxemburger Börse notiert. Die Anleihe wurde bei institutionellen Anlegern in Europa platziert und war viermal überzeichnet.
Die Emission der Anleihe folgt auf den Erwerb der Consus Real Estate AG sowie der ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft durch die ADLER Group, die nunmehr die viertgrößte börsennotierte Wohnimmobiliengesellschaft in Europa ist. Im Zusammenhang mit diesen Transaktionen hatte Clifford Chance J.P. Morgan bereits bei der Notierung neuer Aktien der ADLER Group beraten.
