Clifford Chance advises Unified Commerce Group on investment in sustainable fashion brand Frank And Oak
New York: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Unified Commerce Group (UCG) on its strategic investment in sustainable fashion brand Frank And Oak.
Headquartered in New York and with offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong, UCG is a New Retail* group that acquires and scales purpose-driven brands across the largest global retail economies. Frank And Oak is an award-winning Canadian fashion brand, known for its focus on sustainable business practices.
The New York-based deal team was led by Corporate partner Gary Boss and Corporate associate Kirsten Gaeta, supported by Tax partner Michael Seaton.
