Clifford Chance advises LaSalle on acquisition of Berlin premium office asset Goethe 85
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle), the global real estate investment manager, on the acquisition of a prime office building located at Goethestraße 85 in Berlin. The asset has been acquired on behalf of a French separate account from PATRIZIA AG.
Completed in 2004, the Goethe 85 property has more than 8,600 square metres of office space as well as 65 underground parking spaces, and is fully let. The property is located in Charlottenburg, one of the most prestigious residential areas of Berlin, and in close vicinity to Berlin’s popular shopping boulevard Kurfürstendamm.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat den globalen Immobilieninvestor LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) beim Erwerb einer Premium-Büroimmobilie in der Goethestraße 85 in Berlin beraten. Die Immobilie wurde im Namen eines französischen Sonderkontos von der PATRIZIA AG erworben.
Die Büroimmobilie Goethe 85 wurde 2004 fertig gestellt und umfasst mehr als 8.600 Quadratmeter Bürofläche sowie 65 Tiefgaragenplätze. Das vollständig vermietete Gebäude befindet sich in Charlottenburg, einer der angesehensten Wohngegenden Berlins nahe der Einkaufsmeile Kurfürstendamm.
