Clifford Chance advises Deutsche Bank on EUR 500 million syndicated loan agreement for HELLA
Clifford Chance has advised Deutsche Bank AG in relation to a EUR 500 million syndicated loan agreement for German automotive supplier HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA.
The bank syndicate providing the financing to HELLA comprised Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, BNP Paribas S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG Filiale Deutschlandgeschäft, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Unicredit Bank AG as Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers, Commerzbank Finance & Covered Bond S.A. acted as Agent. With the new syndicated loan, HELLA is strengthening its liquidity and its rating in the current economically challenging market environment.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Deutsche Bank AG bei der Vereinbarung eines Konsortialkredits in Höhe von 500 Millionen Euro für den deutschen Automobilzulieferer HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA beraten.
Das finanzierende Bankenkonsortium bestand aus Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, BNP Paribas S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG Filiale Deutschlandgeschäft, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg sowie Unicredit Bank AG als Bookrunner und Mandated Lead Arrangers. Commerzbank Finance & Covered Bond S.A. fungierte bei der Transaktion als Agent. Mit der neuen Kreditlinie stärkt HELLA seine Liquidität sowie sein Rating im aktuellen wirtschaftlich herausfordernden Marktumfeld.
