Clifford Chance has been confirmed as one of the most attractive employers for young professionals in the legal services sector. According to the annual ranking drawn up by Universum Global, a Swedish company that is a world leader in research and consulting projects in the field of Employer Branding, the Firm is the 'Most Attractive Employer 2019' in Italy in the legal services sector.

Created in order to identify the career aspirations and preferences of the players on the employment market, the Universum ranking was drawn up by way of an online survey distributed in the period November 2018 – July 2019 that gathered and analysed the wishes and points of view of more than 10,000 Italian professionals from 35 sectors, of whom almost half are young people who have been working for less than five years.

Creata per individuare le aspirazioni di carriera e le preferenze dei protagonisti del mercato del lavoro, la classifica di Universum è stata stilata a partire da una survey online distribuita nel periodo novembre 2018 – luglio 2019, che ha raccolto e analizzato desideri e punti di vista di oltre 10.000 professionisti italiani provenienti da 35 settori, di cui oltre la metà giovani con una seniority inferiore ai 5 anni di lavoro.
