Clifford Chance signs global partnership with The Women's Forum for the Economy & Society
Leading international law firm, Clifford Chance announces its partnership with The Women's Forum for the Economy & Society (WEFCOS), a leading platform featuring women’s voices, views and values on major social and economic issues. Clifford Chance's partnership with the organisation underscores the firm's commitment to showcasing the talent and creativity of women while fostering international cooperation.
In signing the partnership agreement which will run until November 2020, Clifford Chance becomes a global Insight Partner and will provide input into the development of the programmes and priority themes for the Forum's international events including Women's Forum Asia 2019, Women's Forum Global Meeting 2019 and Women's Forum Americas 2020. The firm will also work with other partners to create long-term, sustained impact in areas such as sustainable consumption, climate change, access to health and financial inclusion.

The partnership agreement was signed by Connie Heng, Partner and Clifford Chance's Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific, and Chiara Corazza in Singapore on 19 September 2019 during the Women's Forum Asia 2019. The partnership supports Clifford Chance's ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and its commitment to international initiatives, including the UN's Women Empowerment Principles.
