Clifford Chance advises Pacific Eagle Asset Management on acquisition of Munich office property "Ludwig"

Singapore-based family office Pacific Eagle, advised by international real estate investor KanAm Grund Group, has acquired the Munich office property "Ludwig" at the prestigious address Ludwigstraße 21. The international law firm Clifford Chance provided Pacific Eagle with legal support in this transaction.

With its listed facade in neoclassical to neo-renaissance style, the "Ludwig" is shaping the traditional north-south axis from Odeonsplatz to Siegestor in the heart of Munich City. The main tenants of about 27,000 square meters of office space in the building complex are Boston Consulting Group and Allianz. The "Ludwig" comprises three building units, including Ludwigstrasse 21 as well as Theresienstrasse 4, 6, 8 and 10. The buildings have been modernised to the latest standards over the past decades, and the bright office spaces are equipped to a high quality standard.

Das in Singapur ansässige Family Office Pacific Eagle hat – beraten durch das internationale Immobilienunternehmen KanAm Grund Group – die Münchner Büroimmobilie „Ludwig“ an der prestigeträchtigen Adresse Ludwigstraße 21 erworben. Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Pacific Eagle bei dieser Transaktion rechtlich begleitet.

Das "Ludwig" prägt mit seiner denkmalgeschützten Fassade im neoklassischen bis Neo-Renaissance-Stil die traditionelle Nord-Süd-Achse von Odeonsplatz zum Siegestor im Herzen Münchens mit. Hauptmieter der rund 27.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche des Gebäudeensembles sind die Boston Consulting Group und die Allianz. Das „Ludwig“ umfasst drei Gebäudeeinheiten, neben der Ludwigstraße 21 auch die Theresienstraße 4,6, 8 und 10. Die Bauteile wurden in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten auf neuesten Stand modernisiert, die hellen Büroflächen sind hochwertig ausgestattet.
