Clifford Chance advises Cellnex Telecom on its acquisition of Cignal Infrastructure Limited for €210 million
A Clifford Chance team advised Cellnex Telecom on the acquisition of Cignal Infrastructure Limited, an Irish telecoms infrastructure provider controlled by InfraVia Capital Partners, for €210 million. Cignal owns around 540 telecoms sites in Ireland and plans to deploy up to 600 additional sites by 2026.
