Clifford Chance advises Oxford Finance in establishing a private credit investment program

Clifford Chance advised Oxford Finance LLC in the establishment of its private credit fund program and formation of its first private credit fund.

Oxford Finance is a specialty finance firm that provides senior secured loans to public and private life sciences and healthcare services companies worldwide. The company, headquartered in Alexandria, Va., has originated more than $5 billion in loans in recent years.

The Firm's team was led by Funds & Investment Management partner Michael Sabin and included associates Daniel Drabkin and Olya Kurilovich, as well as Regulatory counsel Ashwini Habbu. Partner David Moldenhauer and associate Hannah Richard handled the tax aspects.
