Clifford Chance advises Watford Holdings Ltd. on its direct listing on The Nasdaq Global Select Market

Clifford Chance advised Watford Holdings Ltd. ("Watford") on the direct listing of its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Watford's common shares began trading under the ticker symbol "WTRE" on Thursday, March 28.

Watford is a global provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance. The Firm previously advised Watford and its wholly owned subsidiary Watford Re Ltd., a Bermuda-based multi-line reinsurer, on their formation and on Watford's initial US$1.13 billion capital raise.
